1. General

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Hey Ho online gaming platform (the “Platform”). By registering for an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and any applicable promotional terms. The Company may modify or supplement the Platform’s services in its sole discretion. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Compliance and Legal Requirements

  1. 2.1 Acknowledgments and eligibility
    1. 2.1.1 You have reached the legal age required by your jurisdiction to participate in online gambling.
    2. 2.1.2 You participate on the Platform solely for personal, non‑professional entertainment purposes.
    3. 2.1.3 You participate in the Games in your own name, and not on behalf of any other person.
    4. 2.1.4 You will not access or use the Platform if doing so would violate applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction. The Company makes no guarantee of legal compliance for your use of the Platform.
    5. 2.1.5 You are the rightful owner of all funds on your account.
    6. 2.1.6 The information and documents you provide are truthful, current and complete, and you will promptly update the Company with any changes.
    7. 2.1.7 You shall comply with tax obligations arising from winnings and shall provide any tax information required by law.
    8. 2.1.8 Funds you deposit are not derived from illegal activities or sources.
    9. 2.1.9 You act at your own risk and acknowledge that participation may result in the loss of funds.
    10. 2.1.10 You will use only your own legitimate payment details for deposits and withdrawals.
    11. 2.1.11 You understand the general principles of online gaming and accept responsibility for the accuracy of your data, bets and game actions.
    12. 2.1.12 You shall not engage in fraud, collusion, match‑fixing or other illegal activity; the Company may void wagers and terminate the account for such conduct.
    13. 2.1.13 Use of third‑party game software is governed by its end‑user license; the full license text governs your use and is available upon request.
  2. 2.2 Intellectual property

    All game software, graphics, interfaces and underlying content provided by the Platform are protected by applicable copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may use the Software for personal, non‑commercial entertainment in accordance with these Terms; any other use requires written permission from Hey Ho.

  3. 2.3 Conduct and fair play

    You and other players shall treat each other with courtesy. Abusive, insulting or obscene conduct is prohibited.

  4. 2.4 Platform modifications and bet controls

    The Company may modify, suspend, or discontinue games or events and may refuse, limit or suspend bets at its sole discretion and without liability.

  5. 2.5 Legality and jurisdiction

    You are responsible for ensuring that participation is legal in your jurisdiction. The Platform makes no representation as to the legality of online gambling in your location. If prohibited, you must not access or use the Platform.

  6. 2.6 Underage participation

    Participation by minors is strictly prohibited. The Company may conduct age verification checks and suspend any account found to involve underage participation.

  7. 2.7 Third‑party software licensing

    Use of the Platform’s games is subject to licenses from third‑party software providers. The terms of those licenses apply to your use of the games; the full text can be reviewed on request.

3. Your Hey Ho Account

  1. 3.1 Registration and account opening
    1. 3.1.1 Access to core services requires opening an account by providing a valid email address and creating a password, together with current personal data such as phone number and date of birth.
    2. 3.1.2 You may have only one active account. If you are found to maintain multiple accounts, duplicate accounts will be closed or merged at the Company’s discretion, and any bets or winnings on closed accounts may be voided.
    3. 3.1.3 The Company may request identification documents to verify your identity. Accounts may be suspended or closed if you fail to provide acceptable verification.
    4. 3.1.4 If multiple accounts exist, you must promptly notify the Company. Failure to do so may result in loss of access to your accounts.
    5. 3.1.5 You are responsible for safeguarding your login details. Do not share credentials. The Company is not liable for losses arising from disclosure or unauthorized use of your account or devices.
    6. 3.1.6 You may not transfer funds between your own accounts or receive funds from other players into your account, nor buy, sell or transfer user accounts.
    7. 3.1.7 The Company may refuse or close your account at its sole discretion.
    8. 3.1.8 The Company may void bets or cancel winnings if it identifies an error, including mispricing, typographical mistakes, or technical faults in payout tables or software.
    9. 3.1.9 The Company may perform card verification by authorizing a nominal amount (for example, USD 1 or equivalent). This amount will be released back to your card after verification.
    10. 3.1.10 If you cannot provide requested identity documents, your account may be suspended or closed.
    11. 3.1.11 You acknowledge that gameplay and payouts on real‑money play are processed immediately; refunds or cancellation of services may not be available during an active session.
    12. 3.1.12 Login methods: you must login using the method used during registration; if you registered via a social sign‑in, use that method for authentication.
    13. 3.1.13 Inactive accounts: an account with no logins for 12 consecutive months may incur an administrative fee up to a cap (e.g., USD 5) or deduction from the account balance until the balance is zero or the account is reactivated.
    14. 3.1.14 Termination: Hey Ho reserves the right to suspend, block, or close your account and to terminate the relationship at its sole discretion.
  2. 3.2 Deposits and funding
    1. 3.2.1 You may have a single account registered in your name. Duplicate accounts will be closed, and the Company may cancel all wagers placed on duplicate accounts. If the Company permits only one account, deposits will be transferred to that primary account; winnings or bonuses on duplicate accounts are canceled.
    2. 3.2.2 You may use the deposit methods made available by the Platform, subject to change from time to time.
    3. 3.2.3 The Company may implement additional identity verification checks.
    4. 3.2.4 You agree not to challenge completed transactions or initiate refunds or chargebacks that would deprive others of funds; if you do, you must return any unallocated funds plus related costs to the Company.
    5. 3.2.5 Bank transfer refunds: all costs and fees are borne by the recipient.
    6. 3.2.6 SMS deposits: only a single phone number registered in your profile may be used; deposits via loans or credit lines are prohibited; negative balances prevent SMS deposits; violations may result in blacklisting and account suspension.
    7. 3.2.7 The Company may suspend or block a user account and cancel payments or collect winnings if there is suspicion of fraudulent activity; the Company may report such conduct to authorities and engage debt collection where appropriate. The Company is not liable for unauthorized use of payment methods.
    8. 3.2.8 The Company may apply any positive balance to satisfy outstanding debts owed by the user, including after wagers are settled, in accordance with applicable policies.
