How to implement Time-Out or Self-Exclusion
Initiation occurs in the player's account via the Responsible Gaming tools. After selecting a period and submitting the request, the restriction takes effect immediately. A Time-Out or a fixed Self-Exclusion period can only be revoked after at least 24 hours from the initial request. Revocation of an indefinite Self-Exclusion, if permissible, requires direct contact with Hey Ho's support team and is subject to absolute discretion. During the restriction, no deposits or bets may be placed. Ongoing bets will be resolved according to event outcomes, and winnings may be paid after settlement. Attempts to circumvent restrictions may expose the account to permanent restriction or closure at Hey Ho's sole discretion.
