Introduction

These general promotions and bonus terms apply to all casino bonuses, sports bonuses, no-deposit bonuses, deposit bonuses, free spins and free bets, and any promotional offers granted by Hey Ho to customers via the Website, newsletters, SMS and on-site notifications. They form an integral part of the Website terms and conditions. In the event of a conflict between these General Promotions and Bonus Terms and Conditions and the Website's Terms and Conditions, the General Promotions and Bonus Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

Eligibility and Opt-In

You must be 18 years of age or older to place bets, participate in promotions, claim bonuses and/or take part in competitions. Underage entries will be void. Participation in promotions is optional. You must opt in through your registration form or the applicable landing page, home page or other communication medium on the Site to participate in a promotion or offer.

Account Identity and Uniqueness

Bonuses and promotions are limited to one per person, family, household address, email address, telephone number, payment method, IP address and device. The Company reserves the right to determine whether different accounts are connected to the same person and to deny or remove bonuses accordingly.

Activation, Verification and Eligibility

Bonuses may be offered only to fully verified players. The Company reserves the right to refuse or withdraw a bonus for any reason, including suspected misuse or non compliance with bonus terms.

Bonus Types and Applicability

  • Casino Bonuses. Casino bonuses may be offered in connection with specific gaming service providers or specific games. Only wagering on eligible games contributes toward the bonus wagering requirements.
  • Sports Bonuses. Sports bonuses apply to eligible sports wagers and are counted toward the sports bonus wagering requirements. The maximum bet while a bonus is active is limited to the amount of the deposit that funded the bonus, unless otherwise stated in the offer terms.
  • No Deposit, Free Spins and Free Bets. No deposit offers, free spins and free bets are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements as stated in each offer.

Wagering Requirements and Game Contributions

Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only. The Company will specify the contribution of each game type toward the wagering requirements. Some games contribute 0 percent; others may contribute fully, partially or not at all. The Company may restrict wagering to the selected game category for a bonus. The minimum wager while an Active Bonus is 0.50 EUR / 0.50 USD / 0.75 CAD / 0.75 AUD / 0.75 NZD / 2.50 BRL per spin or bet; the maximum wager per spin/bet is 5.00 EUR / 5.00 USD / 7.50 CAD / 7.50 AUD / 7.50 NZD / 25 BRL. Bets outside these limits will not count toward the wagering requirements.

Bonus Validity and Expiry

Bonuses are valid for seven days from the date of credit to the player's betting account, unless the offer specifies a different period. If wagering requirements are not met within the validity period, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be void. A bonus is automatically cancelled if the active balance reaches the threshold stated in the offer (for example, a low balance limit).

Withdrawal and Cancellation

If a player elects to withdraw before completing the wagering requirements, the bonus amount, any winnings derived from it and any wagered amount will be deducted from the overall balance. Where applicable, only the deposit that funded the bonus may remain in the cash balance after withdrawal attempts.

One Bonus at a Time and Non-Transferability

Only one bonus can be active at any given time. Bonuses are not transferable, exchangeable or refundable. They cannot be used in conjunction with other bonuses or promotions unless expressly stated in the offer terms.

Fraud, Abuse and Monitoring

The Company employs monitoring measures to detect suspicious, abusive or fraudulent activity. If there is a reasonable suspicion of a policy violation or bonus abuse, the Company may take action, including cancelling or denying bonuses and associated winnings, reclaiming or adjusting offers, restricting access to products, or closing the player's account.

Promotions Changes and Notice

The Company reserves the right to modify or cancel promotional offers and to amend bonus terms at any time in its reasonable discretion. This does not affect participants who have already acted on a given offer, and changes may apply to future offers only.

Maximum Win Caps and Cash Out Limits

Winnings from free spins and free bets earned through promotions may be subject to a maximum payout cap. Where a cap applies, any winnings beyond the cap will be forfeited or excluded from withdrawal. Some promotions may include a max cash out limit; amounts above the limit may be removed from the balance during withdrawal requests.

Geography and Eligibility

Promotions and bonuses may be restricted by jurisdiction. Some territories may be excluded from participation. It is the player's responsibility to confirm eligibility for a given offer based on their location and legal status.

Responsible Gaming

The operator promotes responsible gaming. Players may set self-exclusion or time-out; contact support for assistance; and comply with Know Your Customer and anti-money laundering policies as applicable to bonus offers.

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Hey Ho is organized. Any dispute arising from or in connection with bonuses and offers shall be resolved through the operator's internal dispute resolution procedures; if unresolved, eligible courts will have jurisdiction.
